Being a Client Services Leader at Unipartner comes with an exciting & challenging role.
As a Client Services Leader, you will report to the COO and work as a Leader of a Client Services Area (composed by 1 or more Services Contract Areas), with an executive role, in a specific client. Responsible by ensuring and optimize the articulation of the Services Contract Areas under his responsibility, among them and with the rest of the organization, accordingly to Board of Partners guidelines.
What is the challenge?
As part of the project, you will be responsible for ensuring overall delivery Customer Success and Satisfaction.
This role includes:
Total accountability for the achievement of the Objectives of Orders, Invoice, Revenue and GM for the Services Contract Areas that contribute to that Client Area.
Accountability and recognition for all the Services business on that account.
Responsibility for insuring Customer Success and Satisfaction in the delivery in the context of that client.
Ensuring the preservation, development, and growth of the Services Contract Areas under his responsibility.
A role as People Manager for the Services Contract Leaders that are under the Client Services Area responsibility.
Support the development of skills and of senior teams' members.
Ensure the proper participation of the team in account plan activities.
Ensure the usage of Services Support Areas according to the Unipartner Board guidelines.
Ensure the achievement of the Business Plan with the main partners.

Technical skills
Clear understanding and excellent commitment with contractual level goals.
Banking/Insurance sector experience.
High Degree or equivalent (training or professional experience).
Broad knowledge in the IT area.
Solid knowledge of Service Management function.
